I just love the look of these "wool" bowl fillers. We have taken old batting, wadded it into balls, wrapped it with some old fabric strips, and grungied it in our special spice mixture. They look great tossed in a wooden bowl wth some of our jute balls, in flat a wooden box with one of our wool ditty bags, a few spools, and some sheep combs, or just toss a bunch in an old water bucket as shown in the second picture and place on your fireplace hearth, or  on the floor next to a spinning wheel.
