This heart hanger is handmade from grungy red felt. We tied some sweet annie on with cheesecloth and added a round prim tag that reads XOXO. We then attached the heart to a twig with rusty wire. I just love this hanging on an old shutter. You could also hang from your mantel or on an open cupboard door or peg rack. Heart hanger measures 13"hX9"w with an additiona 2" for the wire hanger.
