These little cones are handmade in the USA out of baked dough. We then wrapped them in cheesecloth and added a string for hanging. The cones themselves measures 1 1/2"h but are approximately 3" h to the top of the cheesecloth wrap. Price is per sugar cone. Perfect as little bowl fillers or as tree ornies.
