Another handmade Ginger pie. I can not take credit for this but it is handmade in the USA. It measures 9" in diameter and is baked in a pie tin. Use in an open cupoard or pie tin, on a noodleboard, or in a trencher on our island filled with greens, pomanders, and pomegranates.
